For Weddings, Caterings & Functions the following terms and conditions apply to the booking of your function:
Once the day of the function has been booked, a deposit is required 7 days prior to the event. If the deposit
is not received, the date of the function can then be given to someone else.
The deposit is 50% of the total value of the function.
The outstanding amount is to be paid on the day of the event.
In the event of a function cancellation, the following apply:
If cancelled 60 days prior to the event, the deposit is refundable in full.
If cancelled within 60 days of the proposed event, the deposit is non-refundable but the event may be
transferred once to an alternate date. In the event of that date being cancelled the deposit is forfeited.
Anne's Guest House will not accept responsibility for loss or damage to any equipment or merchandise
left on the premises prior to, during, or after the function.
Any further costs or breakages incurred during the function are to be paid in full on the day.
All hiring of equipment needed over and above the guest house equipment will be the liability of the
function co-ordinator.
Only Cash, EFT, and Credit Cards (Visa and Mastercard) are accepted for payment.
